September was another incredibly busy month, and we were thrilled to bring on two exceptional properties, 215 Highland Ave, West Newton & 16 Alden Pl. West Newton. The first is a beautifully renovated Victorian on the highly sought-after West Newton Hill, where the unmatched architectural details and craftsmanship, including a breathtaking stained glass window, invite admiration. The second is a remarkable multi-level townhouse offering four distinct levels of living, each with a sense of privacy. The entry level, with a bedroom, half bath, and a convenient nook equipped with cabinets, a beverage cooler, and counter space, is perfect for a home office setup, making work-from-home life effortless.
Interest Rates...
Even more exciting, interest rates have come down, giving buyers some much-needed breathing room, and inventory is on the rise—an ideal opportunity for move-up buyers. Reach out to me to learn more about why now is the perfect time to make your move!
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Summit...
I had an amazing time at the Global Luxury Summit in Miami, where I sharpened my skills, expanded my network with top-producing agents, & toured a few stunning multi-million dollar properties set to hit the market very soon - ranging from $23 Million to $78 Million! I came back with exciting new marketing strategies that I can't wait to implement.
Behind the Closing... Having grown up in Newton, it’s always a special honor when high school friends reach out to me for help with selling a property—often their cherished family home. It’s the highest form of trust, and I’m grateful to be part of that process. So when one of my good friends from high school called me about selling their family home, I was eager to assist. We explored various options, from making repairs to different strategies, and after about a year of careful planning, we had the home prepped, staged, and ready for the market. The result? Just 10 days on the market and two offers! The one we accepted was every seller’s dream: a three-week close with no contingencies.
What made this experience even more meaningful was having my sister-in-law, Sara Dalicandro is now working at my office, and my niece, Emma who’s already showing a budding interest in real estate, helped prepare the home for sale. And the cherry on top? My boys Nik, Noah and Johnny chipped in too, helping with furniture staging—it truly became a family affair!
Tennis...
It is Championship time at the Club! My partner and I made it to round two in doubles but we played some really formidable opponents and yes we got bageled in the first set! My oldest son played in the Club Championships - pictured with Kim, his mixed doubles partner & our family friend - they won the mixed doubled Championships! Super fun to watch, I hope I get to play with him or Johnny next year! 😍
