Behind the Closing: Repeat Client Ready to Upgrade!

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is staying connected with past clients, so I was thrilled when I heard from a client I had helped purchase his first home in the states. He was ready to take the next step: upgrading to a single-family home!

Our search began with a focus on city living, but as fate would have it, he found his perfect match in the suburbs. Like I always say, when you walk into the right home, you just know—and he certainly did!

After settling into his new home, it was time to prepare his condo for sale. I brought in my trusted team of painters to refresh the space and even enlisted my family to help stage it. The condo, a charming one-bedroom, looked stunning and ready for its next owner.

The sale presented a unique challenge: the condominium had a low occupancy rate, with three units owned by a single entity. This posed potential hurdles for buyers securing financing. Despite this, the property was under agreement within a week, thanks to a fabulous buyer’s agent who brought in a cash buyer—an investor who saw its potential.

With a quick three-week closing, everyone walked away happy. In a final touch of collaboration, we even shared our professional photos and staging to help the buyer’s agent rent out the condo. It was a perfect example of how real estate can create win-win outcomes when everyone works together.
